Quality Check
Ensure the shoes are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and packed in the original Neemans shoebox.
Free Doorstep Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no extra cost.
Refund or Replacement
